Premium red velvet muffin mix producing vibrant colour, soft crumb and subtle cocoa flavour. Ideal for professional and home baking.
Ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Stabilisers, Preservatives and Flavourants.
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Red Velvet Muffin Mix
225ml Eggs or 5 Large eggs
50ml Vegetable Oil
200ml Water
Serves: +/-12 Muffins or +/-4 Jumbo Muffins
Method
Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Red Velvet Muffin Mix powder to the mixer.
Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 3 minutes. Fold in optional extras after mixing.
Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
