This biscuit mix has a vanilla and butter flavour to it perfect for traditional vanilla biscuits or shortbread butter biscuits. Can add chocolate chips, nuts, cherries and dried fruits. A delicious base for any cookie requirements you may have.

1Kg Premium Biscuit Mix
3 Large Eggs
425g Butter - Unsalted
Method
Beat the butter with the eggs for 3 minutes until uniform with a "FLAT BEATER".
Add the Premium Biscuit Mix to the batter and blend all ingredients on slow speed for 3-4 minutes until uniform paste.
Form and cut biscuits as desired.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes.
