Chocolate Mousse Mix
Rich and indulgent chocolate mousse mix with a smooth, airy texture. Ideal for dessert cups, cake fillings and plated desserts. Quick to prepare with consistent results.
Ingredients: Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Vegetable Fat, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Stabilisers, Preservatives and Flavourings.
Recipe:
500g Cold Milk
200g Chocolate Mousse Mix
Serves: +/- 3 servings of 250g
Method:
- Place cold milk into the mixing bowl
- Add Instant Chocolate Mousse Mix to the bowl
- Using a "WHISK" attachment, mix on low speed for 30 seconds and then high speed for 8 minutes.
- Pour into desired bowls and let it set for at least 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Ready to be eaten and enjoyed.
No mixer - No problem
- In a bowl, place cold milk into the bowl.
- Add Instant Chocolate Mousse to the bowl
- With a hand held whisk, mix until all lumps are out and a smooth consistancy is present.
- Pour into desired bowl and place into refrigerator for at least 10 minutes or until set.
