This waffle mix is a delicious mix for home. With variations in Vanilla; Chocolate and Red Velvet waffles these are a perfect breakfast snack or a delicious dessert.

Ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Stabilisers, and Flavourants.
Recipe:
350g Bake At Home Instant Waffle Mix
200ml Eggs or 4 Large eggs
150ml Vegetable Oil
200ml Water
Serves: +/-15 Waffles
Method
Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Instant Waffle Mix powder to the mixer.
Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 5 minutes.
Pour into waffle iron
